Blurred Vision Theory

(states that)

Blurred vision that develops in the later stages of the lives of normal-sighted adults is caused by a lifetime of reading and writing and doing everything else by the light of fluorescent tubes whose light is emitted in pulse form like that of stroboscopic disco lights.

If proven to be true, fluorescent tube manufacturers risk going out of business forever.

Take this test:

If you experience blurred vision, for example, when reading in surroundings lighted up by fluorescent tubes, try reading the same material in sunlight. The difference in the degree of blurriness in both cases ought to tell you something about the quality of both light sources.
